Four. Rant
K, What’s the big deal on this voting for mayor thing. Honestly. I dont see how Rob Ford is so bad, but half my tweets and news feed on facebook has someone complaining about how George Smitherman will do better than Ford. Seriously though, Ford had 47% of the vote, that literally means that a sizeable portion of toronto agrees that he’s a good candidate for mayor.
So what’s everyone crying about? or is it just that all my friends are left wing extremists and don’t like seeing anyone remotely right wing in office. Hell, or all the young kids want to vote for Smitherman cos he’s gay and supporting gays is about as “cool” as owning a checkered shirt, pair of skinny jeans, and a mac (read: HIP)?
